The stay was pleasant overall, but there were a few hiccups. I was really enjoying the clean and comfortable Double Room with Two Double Beds I had, and the breakfast was a nice surprise with healthy options available. However, I was disappointed to find out that the indoor pool was closed despite previous confirmation. This was something my family looked forward to, and it impacted our experience. Still, the staff were friendly, and I appreciated the effort they made to ensure our needs were met.

I enjoyed how quiet it was during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was available most of the day which was nice.

We had a fab time here! The staff was super friendly, especially Alice at breakfast who made sure everything was tasty and fresh. Loved that the hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. But, the bathroom could use some updating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with nice dining options like the snack bar.

The King Room was just right for the night, with super comfy bedding and a fresh scent from the towels, which made it feel homey. I loved taking a dip in the indoor pool and lounging by the sun beds—such great ways to relax. The only thing I missed was a visible clock in the room, so I didn't have to keep checking my phone for the time. 😊

Had an exec suite with a big comfy sofa and cool flat-screen TV. The microwave and fridge were super handy. The bathroom had awesome body soap and shampoo. Pool time was great, nice indoor swimming pool to relax in after a long day. Breakfast was a real treat, everything was fresh and well-stocked.
